I owned the boat 9 years. I have the title in hand as I paid cash for it. I have not had to do anything major to it. (Water pump rebuild, stripped the bottom to fiberglass, repainted it with Interprotect 2000 and VC17 and I replaced the diesel tank with a new one. That is it. It is in great condition. It is available until someone pays me and I transfer the title to that person. I will take it down the second someone else owns it. No need to ask is it available. How many hours on the engine? I dont know it never had a meter (That is on the panel if it has RPM. This boat does not) I am the third owner. I know the first two never used it. So most of the engine hours are me. How is the standing rigging? Perfect I did the cotton ball test every year and I take the mast down every winter then fully inspect it in the spring before going back on. Running rigging is good but you might want shiny new lines. I replaced the jib sheets they do look awesome. (This should get rid of 95% of the spam questions) :)

This is a S2 it is a nicely appointed, pretty rare 9.2c Of which I know there are only two within 50 miles of Cleveland. You probably know exactly what that means if you are interested in this boat. Very capable in winds and rough seas that happen in Lake Erie in the spur of the moment. Solid construction is what S2 is known for (They are now Tiara - a Top tier Local Boat Manufacturer) This one was at the top of my list mainly because this sailboat is 100% setup to single hand. From the STRONG autopilot (It is oversized) that holds course so you can raise sails and mess with lines. To all the lines being run to the co*ckpit. Another feature you have to see is the rear cabin which gives you complete privacy from the rest of the boat. One season I sailed this boat 1200 miles all over Lake Erie and the total cost of diesel that year was $83 dollars. Comfortably sailing at 7 kts.

This boat is a gem. I never got "2 foot itis" when I had this boat it is a 30 footer but it feels like a 34-36 footer with the rear cabin. I fell in love with this boat when I saw it.
