Bradley W. Craig, 27, of Port Byron, has pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street. He received a 120-day suspended sentence and one year of probation. He was ordered to obtain a substance abuse evaluation. He also was ordered to pay a $500 fine.

He was accused of driving while intoxicated in the 400 block on Ripley Street in Davenport Oct. 29. court costs. She was accused of using a stolen credit card June 26 to buy a video cam-corder valued at $1,085 from Montgomery Wards in Northpark Mall in Davenport. A charge of second-degree theft was dismissed.

In a separate case, Moore pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to one year in prison. She also was ordered to pay restitution, attorney fees and court costs. A charge of violating the Iowa drug stamp law was dismissed. She originally was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine March 8 from a residence.

McCleave, 27, of 511 N. Division Davenport, has pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), driving while Ns license was suspended and harassment of a public official. He was sentenced to 240 days in jail, with all but seven days suspended and credit for in-patient treatment. He also received a 120-day and a 30-day suspended sentence. He was ordered to perform 500 hours of community service and complete an in-patient substance abuse program.

His license was revoked for six years. He was accused of Felicia R. Cooper, 27, of 910 Pius Lake, Bettendorf, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 14 days in jail with credit for time served and 24 months probation. She also was ordered to pay $150 in court costs, a $100 fine, a $15 per month probation fee and to seek a substance abuse evaluation. She was accused of possessing less than 15 grams of cocaine July 12 in Rock Island County.

Wartburg College David Kamp, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kamp, Davenport, has received a bachelor's degree in English at Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa. driving while intoxicated in an alley south of the 1000 block on West 10th Street in Davenport Oct. 28.

He received a 10-year suspended sentence and two years of probation. He was ordered pay restitution and court costs. He was accused of breaking into and stealing the stereo of a car parked May 13 in the 4800 block of Jersey Ridge Road in Davenport.

A charge of possession of burglary tools was dismissed. Robert A. Rutledge, 25, of Des Moines, Iowa, and Jacqueline McCuen, 20, of Des Moines, have pleaded guilty to carrying a dangerous weapon, accessory after the fact and possession of a controlled substance. They received two concurrent two-year suspended sentences, one six-month suspended sentence and two years of probation. They were ordered to pay attorney fees and court costs.

Rutledge was ordered to maintain full-time employment. They were accused of driving a suspect wanted in Des Moines and carrying a pistol and rock cocaine May 23 near Walcott, Iowa. Steven W. Whiteside, 36, of 3017 W. High Davenport, has pleaded guilty to four counts of first-degree robbery.

He was sentenced to three 25-year prison terms, to run concurrently, and one 25-year term to run consecutively, with credit for time served. He was accused of robbing an employee and two customers May 23 at the Cedar Street Inn, 810 Cedar Davenport. He also was accused of a May 22 robbery at Kwik Shop, 3024 W. Central Park, Davenport. Two other first-degree robbery charges were dismissed.
