@Chase why haven’t you changed your system to send text alerts or notifications to customers instead of just declining their card? You know what discover does? They send a text if they suspect suspicious activity and then the customer can approve or decline not the card issuer.

Nothing like spending 2 hours and 20 minutes on the phone with @chasesupport , get transferred to 4 departments, and get no resolution except to "please call back tomorrow." For our card with a $450 annual fee (soon to be $550). Nice customer experience. 👍

@ChaseSupport I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to get your virtual assistant working in order to cancel flights, and it flat out won't open; I click "chat now" and nothing happens OR it closes the overlay but nothing else opens. Hoping you can help instead?
